Step 1: Discovery – It All Begins With You
Every beautiful custom home starts with a conversation. We begin with a relaxed Discovery Call, where we listen to your goals, inspirations, and what “home” means to you. This is followed by a personal In-House Meeting, where we build a connection and establish a shared vision—focusing on how your home can reflect your lifestyle.
Step 2: Concept – Turning Ideas Into Blueprints
With your vision clearly understood, we move into concept development. A Design Brief Meeting helps us shape priorities and family needs, followed by a site visit to evaluate conditions, orientation, and environmental factors.
We then prepare a Concept Agreement covering initial costs and expectations, before delivering concept drawings that capture the character, function, and soul of your future home.
Step 3: Agreements – Mapping Out the Build
Once your concept is approved, we make it official. A Planning Inclusion Agreement includes engineering assessments, site testing, and detailed construction plans—ensuring compliance and sustainability, including a minimum 7-star energy rating.
We also guide you through an Interior Design Consultation and Selection Appointment to define the aesthetic of your home with high-end finishes and premium materials. A Preliminary Building Agreement confirms a job-specific, fixed-price proposal—free of hidden surprises.
Step 4: Contract – Bringing Your Vision to Paper
You’ll receive a draft of the Master Builders contract, outlining scope, timelines, and budget in precise detail. Once everything aligns, we finalise the agreement via secure digital signing—easy, convenient, and transparent.
Step 5: Approval – Full Compliance, Zero Hassle
We handle all permits, council approvals, and planning logistics so you don’t have to. You’ll also gain access to your online client portal, where you can track build milestones, see progress photos, and communicate directly with our team.
Step 6: Build – Watch Your Home Take Shape
Now the magic happens. Your build is managed in clear stages:
Base & Foundation – Structural groundwork and utilities
Framing – Roof, walls, and internal structure
Lock-Up – Weatherproofing with windows, cladding, and roof
Fit-Out – Internal systems and finishes
Practical Completion – Final detailing and rigorous quality checks
Throughout construction, our on-site team and project manager ensure that every detail is executed with precision.
Step 7: Handover – Keys to Your New Beginning
We guide you through a full walkthrough of your new home, checking every finish and feature together. You’ll receive homeowner manuals, warranties, and practical advice—ensuring you feel confident from day one.
Step 8: Support – We’re Still With You
Our commitment doesn’t end at handover. We return for a 3-month maintenance check, addressing any post-settlement tweaks. Plus, you’re backed by our six-month defect liability period and a six-year structural guarantee.
